Since the beginning of the country and thousands of years of years before, the world rulers and upper middle class people has been absolutely flooded with secret societies of excellence.  It started with the free masons, the builders for the pyramids, getting rich off the Pharaohs of the day.  That society evolved and eventually became the people who claimed hundreds of Christian relics.  Only three hundred years ago, they were the ones who started the government in the United States... George Washington and almost all other presidents were free masons.

Okay so what's so wrong with being bent on ruling the world or being "excellent"?

Uh... segregation of people and classes.  In order to make yourself "excellent", you have to step on heads, use unfair advantages, and weaken and control all the others not "down" with your society.  Think about it.  How do all those government officials make it to power in a "free" society?  They have connects.  We all know how much of idiots some of these dudes are.

It's not just free masons now.

Secret society thinking has reached its way into fraternities.  It started with the Skulls, then the hardcore Skull & Bones, and finally the African American version - the Boule Society, or "Boolay" for short.  Both the Skull & Bones, whom both Bush & Clinton belonged to, and the Boule have heavy hazing practices.  The Boule is especially known for practicing homosexual acts to "haze in" the newest members.  Doesn't Eminem look like he got one up there?

Who is Boolay?  The hip hop games is rampant with Boule members, for sure... Russel Simmons definitely was (inside information from a non-disclosed source revealed he had a gay lover).  It doesn't stop there.  Here is a big one for ya... Martin luther King, Jr.  He was heavily involved in the Boolay.

What's the point of this post?  To reveal the truth and bring light on a heavily shrouded fact.  The world today is run by people who have no right or say to be there, 50% every time.  To tell you that you don't have to sell your soul to be rich and famous.  You can stand up for yourself like the Wu-Tang Clan, and work for your right to be there.

We need to put a stop to all things that trap our minds and bodies from becoming greater people as a whole.  Let me point out a few rabble rousing thoughts for you...

  • Trans Fat is in 90% of Fast Foods.  You get fat, you eat more, you become slower.  It forces people into medical problems.  Kill trans fat, and doctors and restaurants get less work - both upper middle class run.
  • In order to be a rockstar or rapstar, the preconcieved notion is that you have to be heavily involved in drugs.  The government owns the drug trade - big money to put on the streets, big money to get it off.  This makes it acceptable for the followers to become junkies and gangsters and abusers.
  • The best rapper on the market is white... forcing the black population to view the white man as superior, and hindering their self esteem.  This makes the black population easier to control, countering the Black Panther movement.

In the era and area I grew up in, it was quite uncommon for hardcore rockers to appreciate the integration with rap.  Eventually, through constant break-throughs and experimentations, it was possible for a rapper to hit rock radio.  The following groups are rappers whove hit rock radio or rockers who've mixed rap into their sound:

  • Run-DMC
  • Anthrax / Public Enemy
  • Cypress Hill
  • Flobots
  • Gym Class Heroes
  • Eminem
  • Limp Biscuit
  • Beastie Boys
  • Cake
  • King Missile
  • Kid Rock
  • Manafest
  • Toby Mac
  • Rage Against the Machine
  • Linkin Park
  • Fort Minor
  • Bloodhound Gang
  • P.O.D.
  • 311
  • Red Hot Chili Peppers
  • Hollywood Undead
  • Saliva
  • Pillar
  • M.I.A.
  • Hadouken! (just kidding... it's Grime with Indie rock... still worth mentioning)
  • Korn
  • System of a Down
  • Slipknot
  • Sum 41

And why do I care?  Well because I want to do a mixtape where me and a couple other white boys rap over their beats.  I'm trying to think up some names, but the names are too ridiculous to mention with a straight face.  Comment if you have an idea.

For some reason, TrueCrypt, file encryption software, has not been properly packaged as a portable application.  I thought that was quite strange, as many people with flash drives need to secure their sensitive materials: passwords, dirty things, documents, blackmail, identity info, etc.  I looked around and there was no TRUE way of getting a portable TrueCrypt that fit the specifications of PortableApps.com 2.0 format.

I made it!

http://www.mediafire.com/file/340nqqmn2aev4mt/TrueCryptPortable_6.3.1.0_English.paf.exe

This is how the program works...

  1. "Create Volume" using the wizard - select encrypted file container, select standard or hidden, name it anything, saved anywhere on your drive, with any file size limit, using any encryption method, using any password.
  2. Hit "Select File..." and browse to and open the volume you just created.
  3. Select a drive letter (any) to mount the volume.
  4. Hit "Mount" button, type in password, and hit enter.
  5. Go to My Computer and you will see a new drive.
  6. Put any sensitive materials in there.
  7. Open up TrueCrypt again (should be in tray icons).
  8. Dismount the drive.
  9. Move file anywhere.

This means only you know the password and how to open your very sensitive materials and personal parts... I mean... get your mind outta the gutter.  People these days...

I'm no major application geek, but Shawn (AIL partner & founder) and I absolutely love portable applications.  What a portable application is is a program that you can run straight from your USB without having to install onto your computer.  It requires no administrative privileges to install because you don't install it.  All files that are usually placed strategically on your system are packaged into a series of folders on your USB/Flash drive.

Most programs you can get, whether open source or commercial, as a portable app.  You may have to search on sketchy sites, download a torrent, or even weed through thousands of dead links to file sharing servers... but it's possible to find just about anything.  Heck, I've even seen portable Adobe Suite CS4 and portable Microsoft Office 2010.  No, I won't post the links, and yes, it is illegal to make commercial software run free on any computer.

Well then, what's Last.fm?

Lately, I've been fed up with the barrage of advertising on Pandora.com radio and have been seeking alternative internet radio.  I remembered back in the day (before Pandora), I discovered Last.fm live streaming semi-customizable playlist radio.  You can type in any artist or tag (genre or sub-genre) and it will start playing music just like it.

So why is it better than Pandora?

For a couple reasons... One, Pandora has heavy advertising nowadays.  This wasn't always the case, but it surely is now.  Plus, they limit you on the number of hours you can use their service each month to a measly 40 hours... that's one work week.  Last.fm is ad free and time limitation free.  Second, Last.fm's database is more up to date and broader, too.  This is because Last.fm has been around longer and it "scrobbles" from iTunes, VLC Media Player, Windows Media Player, etc.  "Scrobbling" is an automatic submission of your recently played songs.  Pandora doesn't scrobble.

Where can I get this Last.fm portable player/scrobbler?

Funny I should ask.  I have personally made my own edition of their certified Last.FM Scrobbler and have made it available through MediaFire.  You should be glad, because now you can groove at home, school, work, or on vacation!  No need for applause, thank you, thank you.

Today, we hit our first goal of 2000 links!  Now that we have achieved this, it was decided to disallow all anonymous incoming links so that we may focus on marketing and development of the web site while the search engines try to catch up with what we have done thus far.  I mean... the search engines have only touched on our 2000+ pages.  Google is in the lead with 1650... Yahoo at 3... Bing at 2.

Obviously, search engine marketing is of high importance.  Currently 99% of traffic comes direct or referral.  Time to change that.  We've got the content, and now we need to get it out there.  Thank you all for helping to make All Inclusive Links a leading online web directory and marketing resource.  It's time we did some work for you!

The guys at lunch were talking today about the Gulf Oil Spill.  We were making fun of those poore alpacas that are going to be hairless so that the beaches can have clean sand.  One guy also mentioned that Hilary should take a swim in the ocean to clean up the mess... the hairy woman that she is.  I don't know which Hilary he was referring to... nor do I want to see or imagine seeing pictures of said Hilary.

Then the conspiracy theories arose.  Smart theories.  The basic idea is that BP could have done something much earlier on.  The apparent fact of the matter is that they didn't do a darn thing until the government let them dig some more wells.  Gee... I wonder why that is...maybe it's because...

BP WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN ALLOWED TO DIG THERE EVER AGAIN OTHERWISE.

They couldn't cap it because... golf balls and tires... what???  That doesn't even make sense.  My little sister can tell you that's full of crap.  They couldn't drop a cap over it because of ice crystals... that highly capable U.S. submarines couldn't maneuver because of ice crystals?  ...torpedo away.  Hello?

Now that there are wells being drilled... I guess they can give in and help out a little.  Slime.

I was looking at purchasing a domain from a hoarder.  These hoarders go around collecting low letter numbers of domains such as GYGO or BBA or other strange letter combinations in hopes of getting an offer from a company with that name or abbreviation.  This is absolutely frustrating and unfair.  No one likes gold rushers... they don't even like each other.

But to be polite, I sent them an email asking for the domain for $50, the going rate for unadvertised domains.  I thought that was more than fair.

Hello, I would like to buy your domain, [EDITED]. I am offering $50, the going rate for unadvertised domains. Please let me know if you are interested.

Thanks.

Sincerely,

Devin Thayer

Dear Devin Thayer,

Unfortunately your offer for the premium 4-length domain name [EDITED]  is unreasonably low to be accepted. If you're not interested be on top of the line with this premium Internet keyword, there are a lot of alternative domains which are still available for public registration with regular price range for personal and/or commercial use.

Regards,

Net Support Thanks for choosing AskMySite.com

[EDITED] has an Alexa of n/a and PageRank of zero, indicating that this web site has absolutely no traffic or inbound links. Knowing this, I was inclined to offer such a low number as I did, even in spite of such marketing potential as having four letters. If you would like a better offer, please provide me with a link to solid statistics on the current market value for four letter domains.

Thank you.

-Devin Thayer

Dear Devin Thayer,

Please be informed that premium domain name [EDITED]  has been arranged for redirection/forwarding service to our master site AskMySite.com. In this situation all rank sites will show traffic registration only for AskMySite. It means that any decision based on local search through Alexa, Pagerank or any other will be absolutely incorrect.

Nevertheless, you can check the popularity of this particular Internet keyword using any search engine, e.g.:

http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&source=hp&q=[EDITED]&btnG=Google+Search&aq=f&aqi
=&aql=&oq=&gs_rfai=

and/or public registration:

http://www.eurodns.com/

Regards,

AskMySite.com

Because you were unable to tell me the current market value by assessment through average sales figures, I must resort to other numbers. Your sales tactic gave me an idea. Let's see how many people are looking for that keyword using Google KeyWord Tool External. To my surprise, there were 6600 visitors per month globally. If I were to hit front page for that keyword (likely), than I would receive 35% of those (as found by Chitika, displayed on this person's blog: http://chezfat.blogspot.com/2010/05/improving-your-serp-rank-getting-most.html ). The high end price for the CPM for the network I use is $3.50 (http://technotip.org/interview-with-buysellads/ ). A turnaround of 6 months would be required for my time in web development to be worthwhile.

6600*0.35*3.5/1000*6 = $48.51

Thus, $50 is a reasonable offer. What was your suggestion?

-Devin Thayer

Our strong suggestion - forget about this. Keep your time and money for better ideas.

Ehem...

ARE YOU KIDDING ME!

What kind of scum do you have to be to not explain yourself and tell me to FORGET ABOUT IT?  No I can't forget about the most irritating thing that has happened to me all week.  How dare you suggest such a thing in spite of your lack of effort to negotiate.

With all that said, AskMySite.com sucks.  They are unreasonable, un-negotiable, uneducated, and unforgettable... in the bad way.

Please rest assured knowing that I cannot negotiate with someone who will not negotiate. You have not showed averaged data or statistics, calculated explanations, or even a ball-park asking price. These are common grounds for the basis of a negotiation. Had you offered me a higher number, I would have considered making a future purchase. In fact, I expected you to haggle with me.

You've been nothing but rude through your teeth. You own a dying market and are frustrated by sinking offers, on the verge of crying. Perhaps you drink yourself to sleep and are mad hung over right now. Yeah, that must be it.

I strongly suggest you find a different business - one that doesn't require direct contact with people smarter and harder working than you.

Your ad network has displayed ads that has marked my domain as unsafe.  I do not wish to do business with someone who does not take speedy action on such issues, infecting potentially thousands of computers and networks.  This is a disgrace.  You should be ashamed of yourself as an ad network.  Please delete my account or inform me on how to delete my own account.

There have been rumors, started by a blogger, that Lady Gaga had confirmed that she was a hermaphrodite and had a "little bit" of a thingy.  She still considers herself hot and female and all that jazz.  There was a video where she got a off a bike during a show without panties, and there was a bit of a plump of skin... she's got a fatty taco, who cares?

I can assure you that she is not.  I can also assure you that if she didn't find this so amusing, she would be suing that celebrity blog for millions of dollars in statutory charges.  Fortunately, for the scumball blogger, she is bisexual and receives great support from the gay community.  To diss back could potentially alienate an entire demographic that supports her dearly.

There are a couple of YouTube videos offering proof that she never said those things and also gives proof to her denying their validity.  Do a search before you go around saying that androgyny is "in" because of Lady Gaga.  Na, emo is androgynous... Gaga is a Lady... a sell out and a fake, but still a lady.

How many of you speak fluent English?

I hope a lot of you do.  Unfortunately, the articles that are coming in are not up to par with the grammatical excellence of yours truly.  There are two pet peaves that are driving me absolutely nuts...

  1. Starting a sentence with a conjunction.
  2. Forgetting "indefinite" and "definite" articles (a/an/the).

First off, never EVER start a sentence with the conjunction "But".  "But" should be a conjunction to be used in mid sentence.  Second, never use "Because" to start a sentence unless it is the beginning to a prepositional clause.  Third, same as the first with the exception of an interjection.  Who does that?

The second pet peave is characteristic of someone new to the language.  Indefinite articles can and, in many times, do start sentences.  For instance, "A dog farted."  Definite articles are also great sentence starters.  Instead of saying "um" you can start with "the".  It's a perfect cover up for a lapse in though.

I have summarized my beliefs on science, religion, deity, and the universe into one thought pattern: Christian Agnosticism.  I have combined a popular religion with a popular style of skepticism.  There is no issue, in my mind, with combining the two.  In fact, it makes life simpler and less frustrating to an individual who hears the arguments of both and sees them as opposing belief systems.  They are supportive of one another.

The Code of Christian Agnosticism

  1. God defines the truths of the universe.
  2. Truth exists only in spiritual form.
  3. Truth is unknowable to our physical minds.
  4. Faith is a powerful spiritual property that links reality with truth.
  5. Knowledge is a perceived reflection of the truth.
  6. Knowledge is a collective belief of the majority of society.
  7. Knowledge is questionable in origin and certainty.

Since knowledge is questionable while truth is spiritual, this code implies that our lives on earth are meaningless unless we get spiritual.  Surely our lives are temporary.  If all there is is here and now, then life on earth is completely pointless, and you should go kill your self.  But you don't, and the reason is that you have morality -  a spiritual element holding you back from committing wrong continually.

There exists universal truths such as the existence of gravity, forgiveness, sin, time, magnetism, 3D, and love.  All which are defined by God.

It sucks.  I was looking forward to the outdoor Manchester rock show for 2010.  No where can I find any remnants for Rock 101's Sky Show happening this year.  Even the domain name "skyshow19.com" is just a nameserver redirect of "skyshow17.com" - a straight duplication.

Last year, Recycled Percussion and Aranda rocked the stage.  This year?  No show due to no sponsors... in my opinion.  If there were sponsors, there would be a show.  If there are sponsors, there is money to be made, and a show will happen - maybe not in Manchester Arm's Park (New Hampshire), but somewhere.  Rock 101 was prepared to have a show - they bought the domain name.  But obviously, something didn't come through in time, or they would have started advertising in April or March like usual.  Perhaps this is due to a conflict with the city of Manchester.  Does anyone really know?

Cross your fingers.  There is still a chance that Sky Show can happen.  I'm hoping it happens in time for July 4th.  Labor Day weekend ain't looking so hott any more.  Sad face.

Since the first announcement of an operating system that is based around the needs and suggestions of its customers, I have been very supportive of Microsoft's Windows 7.  A fellow techie once told me, "Usually I wait until the first service pack of Windows comes out before I make my purchase.  This time, I couldn't wait and got it right away.  That tells you something right there."  When I first saw it, I thought to myself, "It's pretty and feature-tastic, but for some awful reason, it reminds me of Vista."

Despite the hype and good initial responses, there seems to be a lot of negativity in frustration dealing with the dissatisfaction of new features and the unhappiness with the Vista-like structure.  I'm here to say, Microsoft can't win them all.  I love Vista.  Maybe I'm one of the few.  Windows 7 looks like a headache... the taskbar is giant icons that have hover previews.  You have to click twice.

On the brighter side...

The snap-to-corner feature is sooo awesome.  I always multi-task and that makes it so much easier.  Drag a window to a corner, and bam!  It snaps it perfectly to half that side of the screen.  This is great for coders and those who like to play flash games while doing homework.  Tru dat.

We have been getting a wave of new coming visitors, primarily adding articles.  Our Alexa is now at 111,833 (the lower the better... anything under 200k is above average).  However, our current click through rate on our banner advertisements sucks hardcore.  This means we need more click-happy traffic to make money.  Not quite sure where to get that specifically, but we did come up with an idea to get boat loads of new traffic.

The RSS Feed Directory.

It's already in place, and it needs to be automated a bit more, but Shawn is seeding it really well, coming up with category title, and putting a lot of thought into it.

Here's how it works...

  1. We find a cool blog.
  2. We add the RSS feed.
  3. We let the owner of the blog know we added their RSS feed.
  4. We suggest they do an article on multi-directories and include our name.
  5. Some bloggers mention us.
  6. We get boat loads of click-through traffic from blogs.
  7. People like us and stick around.

Pretty cool, huh?  Wish us luck.  Oh it better work.

There is a way to write articles for promotional purposes.  There are also many ways to NOT write an article for promotional purposes.  In the latter event, I will simply throw your article into the "Miscellaneous / Ads / Reviews" category of the "Business" section.  It's still good content for search engines, but not for readers.

And holy crap do we get a lot of these slimy articles; luckily, some only have a thin film of promotional slime.  Our primary audience still contains primarily internet entrepreneurs.  Our traffic as of last two days, 1 person came from a search engine.  That's a 99.9% chance you either typed in the address or clicked on a link.

So... how do you write an article to NOT get thrown into the bin of not-good-enough-ness?  Follow these steps.

1.  Keep Your Link Out of the Body of the Article.

...if I had a dollar for every link I found spliced into an article, I would have all your money... and your mortgage.

2.  Don't Mention Your Company Name Until the Divider / Bio.

There is a place for your name!  Hold your panties until then.

3.  Talk About Something I... or Anyone Cares About.

Nuff said.  Reach a wide audience.

4.  Use HTML / WYSIWYG Editor Features.

I am giving you so much.  Look like you spent time on the thing.

5.  Make It Look Like Something Out of a Newspaper or Classy Magazine.

I'm cocky and prestigious.  You better like it.  Use Title Case For Your Headings (look it up).

6.  Pretend You're Not From India.

90% of traffic comes from India.  For the most part, yall speak incredible American English, but there are a few who SUCK.  Stop sucking... like right now.  Try a profession that doesn't require proper flow and structure to communicate and educate effectively.
